Fumed Silica Vacuum Insulation Panel(VIP), which consists mainly of inorganic fumed silica, opacifiers, and fibers. It has WanEr® Vacuum Insulation Panel ( Fumed Silica Core ) incomparable thermal insulation performance and long-term service life.

VIP is a green material. No ODS or HCFs will be found during VIP's productions and applications. the core material of VIP is recyclable. It's fully compliant with Rohs &REACH.

Core Material: Fumed Silica;

Barrier Film: The barrier film is gas & water vapour impermeable. It's at a low thermal conductivity that can maximally prevent the thermal bridge effect. It's used to envelope the core material for further evacuation and sealing to prevent outside gases from entering the panel.

Adsorbents: Patented getters and desiccants are both implanted inside to adsorb ridual gas and water vapour. This helps maintain steady vacuum conditions and extend service life.
