Fiberglass Core VIP
Fiberglass core Vacuum Insulation Panel(VIP), The conventional thermal conductivity is 0.002 W/(m·K), and the minimum thermal conductivity is 0.0013 W/(m·K). It can be applied in building, refrigerators, cold chains, etc.
Vacuum Insulation Panels (VIPs) are ultra-thin, high-performing insulants that can be up to 20 times more effective than traditional insulation products. VIPs provide energy efficiency and space benefits for:

VIP is a green material. No ODS or HCFs will be found during VIP's productions and applications. the core material of VIP is recyclable. It's fully compliant with Rohs &REACH.
Core Material: Glassfibre at Diameter 6-11 Micron, which is REACH & RoHs Compliant;
Barrier Film: The barrier film is gas & water vapour impermeable. It's at a low thermal conductivity that can maximally prevent the thermal bridge effect. It's used to envelope the core material for further evacuation and sealing to prevent outside gases from entering the panel.
Adsorbents: Patented getters and desiccants are both implanted inside to adsorb ridual gas and water vapour. This helps maintain steady vacuum conditions and extend service life.
